Anemon is a leading Athens-based company, creating documentaries for Greek and international audiences. Focusing on the environment, history, gender, and youth programming, it combines bold storytelling with creative vision. Expanding into live-action fiction, Anemon is developing Nico Finds a Treasure, its first children’s feature, co-produced with Germany and the Netherlands and winner of the Eurimages Co-Development Award at Cinekid 2023. Current productions include Bugboy and Home Court, two documentaries for young audiences. Anemon is currently co-producing Athens, Cradle of Democracy, and Our Seeds, reaffirming its commitment to cross-border collaboration and impactful storytelling. Through its innovative distribution network CineDoc, the company promotes and distributes documentaries in the cinema across Greece.
