Founded in 2007 by George Tsokopoulos and Annabelle Aronis, Avion Films is an Athens-based production company with a long track record in high-end commercials for global brands, collaborating with acclaimed directors such as Tony Kaye, Patrice Leconte, and Yorgos Lanthimos.
Initially focused on commercial production, the company built a reputation for technical excellence and creative ambition, becoming an important player in the Greek audiovisual ecosystem and helping establish Greece as a preferred destination for international film shoots.
Building on this expertise and its international network, Avion Films has more recently expanded into cinema and long-form storytelling, with a focus on emerging Greek talent and bold, iconoclastic voices.
